Dr Graham Boyd Director
Served with international organisations
A coach and mentor for many people within Procter & Gamble over the years, Graham has continuously helped others develop. Over 20 years ago he began giving university lectures in South Africa. Recently he has given cross-cultural and leadership trainings inside and outside Procter & Gamble, based on his experience working and living in Asia, Europe and Africa. Also Graham runs quality control training in Procter & Gamble, giving this 3 times a year for the past 8 years.

During his final years as a high-energy physicist, Graham's computer was the fastest computer in the world. His work led to a deeper understanding of how matter behaves at ultra-high temperatures and his publications are still being cited, many years later.

In Asia he was the packaging member of the team that turned the laundry business around, introduced fabric enhancers into China, and developed a number of new business initiatives. He was also a leader in the packaging community of practice, representing Asia, and developing organisational capability there.

Intercultural and international
Graham has successfully lived and worked in six different cultures over the past 20 years, including in South Africa, Germany, Italy, Japan, Belgium and China. More than anything else this has taught him how similar we all are. Now he is enjoying combining his long term vision with his experience of people, science and business to focus on developing people, solutions and communities.
